Sunila, Finland

This apartment is situated in the suburban area of Sunila along the southern coast of Finland. It was designed by renowned architect couple, Aino & Alvar Aalto in the 1930s. We are working on a balanced approach to restoration, preserving its historical sensibilities while updating it to modern standards and beyond.
Osaka, Japan
2024 -
Our first building in Osaka is a collective housing building in the Nishi-tengachaya district of Osaka, and is a typology popular in the Kansai region of Japan in the 1960-1980s.
This building was erected in 1970 during the last world expo, and this upcoming refurbishment as a minpaku will coincide with the upcoming 2025 Osaka Expo.
We look forward to giving a new life to the building and the neighbourhood.
